Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing leads, supporting clients in placing orders via our website, handling B2B sales, and managing customer relationships to ensure business growth. You will play a key role in driving revenue, increasing customer satisfaction, and expanding our brand’s reach.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Growth

  • Identify and nurture leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and social media.
  • Guide customers in placing orders through the website, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle phone and WhatsApp sales support, addressing inquiries, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies, targeting businesses that align with our products.


2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Provide personalized sales support and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Gather feedback and insights to improve customer experience and product offerings.


3. Business Development & Account Management

  • Identify potential corporate clients and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain a database of clients and track interactions for improved engagement.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with B2B clients to maximize profitability.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.


4. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order placements.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, customer trends, and lead conversion rates.



Key Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 years experience in sales, business development, or customer support (experience in e-commerce or B2B sales is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in using WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
