● Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and close sales.
● Follow up on leads generated from online inquiries, social media, and referrals.
● Guide customers through the order placement process on the website.
● Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
● Build rapport with customers and address their inquiries professionally.
● Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
● Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
● Gather feedback to improve the sales process and customer experience.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
● Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
● Analyze call performance and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
● Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills
● 2+ years experience in telesales, customer service, or sales (experience in e-commerce or B2B sales is an advantage).
● Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
● Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
● Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms.
