Role Overview

The Purchase Officer will be responsible for driving credit sales of iPhones and related services. The role demands strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle financial agreements effectively while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

1. Educational Background:

• High school diploma or above.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in business, marketing, or customer service.

2. Work Experience:

• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in order processing, customer service, or the retail industry will be preferred.
• Extensive, verifiable experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

3. Skills:

• Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to input data quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish good relationships with customers.

4. Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with local languages will be an added advantage.

5. Personal Traits

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multitasking and working under pressure.
• Strong sense of teamwork and adaptability to a multicultural work environment.

6. Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with iPhone usage, market prices, and installment payment processes is preferred.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve credit sales strategies and customer offerings.
