Therapist

Purpose of Job:

Therapist is responsible for the complete satisfaction and well-being of our clients, serving high-performance services and promoting innovation, maximum efficiency, competitiveness and giving our guests the ultimate Spa experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operations

• Provide waxing, facials, body massages, body treatment and pedicure/manicure services
• Adherence to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring the timing of appointments.
• Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly way, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and sincerely thanking them for their departure.
• Consult with clients to collect information on contraindications and to analyse the skin to determine the suitability of treatments.
• Advising clients on skin care and suggesting effective therapies, products and home care regimens.
• Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
• Engaging and talking to clients during sessions on topics related to their interests.
• Maintaining product awareness for the promotion and selling of Products.
• Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
• When asked, evaluates potential new team members for various Positions and assists new team members.
• Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics and is a team player and assists others whenever needed.
• Ceasing care and informing the boss in the event of unwanted actions of the client.

2. Cabin Management

• Completes daily check list of cleaning obligations and abides by the standard laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Caring for linen, sanitizing the towels & tools and replacing it between sessions
• Adherence to the aesthetic policies on product use, washing, sanitizing and care of equipment in the room

3. Appearance

• Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress code (uniforms should always be clean and ironed), hair do, language, and lifestyle
• Always make use of a face mask in adherence to the COVID-19 protocols
• Ensure your personal hygiene is top notch, make use of deodorants and mild perfumes

Education/ Professional

Qualification:

• Basic education, including English and Maths
• Specialized skills and knowledge of facial protocols and knowledge of aromatherapy and applicable equipment.
• Professional certification

Experience:

• Must possess 2-3 years’ work experience as a therapist
• Experience with different skin types and most of the services we offer
