Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trade Assistant to support our sales and marketing operations. This role involves handling (POS) Marketing assets, delivering orders to the market, and managing cash collection from clients. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and should possess strong communication and customer service skills with a Licenced driving permit. Male most preferable


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage (POS) Marketing Assets accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of orders to clients in the market where need be as required
  • Collect cash payments from clients and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, deliveries, and collections.
  • Assist in marketing activations, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives. Assembling Marketing assets on site and removal from sites
  • Support the sales team in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Report and reconcile cash collections with the finance team.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfilment.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience minimum in sales at least 2 years, marketing, or logistics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting.
