Job Summary
BrighterMonday Uganda is seeking dedicated volunteers to support the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) process for our Soft Skills and Entrepreneurship training programs. As an M&E Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and impact of our training initiatives by participating in on-ground monitoring activities, tracking program effectiveness, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical monitoring of training sessions across various regions.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through observation and data collection.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance program delivery.
- Support documentation, reporting, and impact assessment of training activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be residing in Uganda, with preference for those based near training locations.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Previous experience in Monitoring & Evaluation is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel for on-site training assessments.
- Ability to submit reports and feedback in a timely manner.
