What you will be doing

Product Planning and Design:

1、Lead and develop detailed plans for Web3 products (including Dex, Swap, wallet, Defi, etc.), covering features, user experience, underlying logic, and more. 2、Write and deliver clear, high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interaction flow, functional logic, calculation formulas, etc., ensuring the product design meets user needs and market trends.  Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: 1、Conduct in-depth analysis of the Web3 product market dynamics, including changes in user needs, industry trends, and regulations. 2、Perform comprehensive and in-depth analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, and user feedback. 3、Based on the results of the market analysis, propose targeted product optimization plans, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, and user experience enhancement. 4、Stay updated on market changes and continuously optimize product strategies to ensure product competitiveness and market positioning.  Project Management and Advancement: 1、Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery, high standard quality, smooth operation and excellent user experience without significant issues. 2、Coordinate cross-departmental resources, resolve problems and obstacles in project execution, and ensure smooth project progress. 3、Adjust product strategies and features promptly based on user feedback and data analysis to continuously optimize user experience.  Team Collaboration and Communication: 1、Work closely with team members to promote information sharing and teamwork, driving project progress collectively. 2、Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with the company's overall strategy.  Other Responsibilities: Actively comply with company and team leader arrangements to facilitate smooth team operations and project advancement. 

What we are looking for

Over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with more than 2 years experience in finance, securities, futures, or cryptocurrency trading industry. Preferably with a background in finance, computer science, mathematics, or related fields ; Proven experience with successful Web3 products, with capabilities in product planning, operational coordination, and execution ; Familiarity with blockchain technologies including but not limited to smart contracts, Defi, wallets, Dex, etc ;  Creative thinking, clear logical reasoning, the ability to articulate thoughts and insights clearly, and good communication skills with colleagues from other departments ; Proficiency in mainstream product design tools, such as Axure, Office, Figma, etc ; Familiarity with finance, securities, and futures trading industries preferred.
