Requirements
Education: Final year in Higher National Diploma or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, seeking industrial attachment. (Evidence of school’s transcripts in the last exams will be mandatory).
Language: English + Local language (Luganda, etc…)
Experience: At least 2-3 years experience in a technical school specializing in Automotive engineering, essential driving license for vehicles, and computer literacy will be an added advantage.

Main Learning areas/ Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Motor vehicle servicing with the supervision of senior mechanics in all motor vehicles, Generators, and motor pumps.
Spare parts management and special tools stores and
MSF spare parts catalog.
- Workshop administration internal processes i.e. opening and closing job cards, filing, etc.
Auto-electrical and onboard diagnostic systems (OBD)
repairs of electronics in vehicles.
- Tyre management, fit mentation systems, and wheel balancing.
- Health (First Aid), Safety (Use of PPEs), Environment and Waste Management.
- Vehicle inspections and reporting on defects and works process flow.
- General knowledge of the organization and motor vehicle industry.
